Damaged Items

Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect the external packaging for any visible signs of damage, before signing for it. If you feel that your goods have arrived damaged, please tell the delivery person so this can be indicated when you do sign, then please contact our Customer Services Department. Please provide full details including: the nature of the problem; your name & contact details; your order number. In order to carry out any investigations, please contact us within one working day of receiving your delivery.

Missing items

When you open your package, if you feel that any items are missing from your order, please check the enclosed delivery note to ensure the item(s) was included; if it is listed, double-check through all the packaging. Incorrect items

If we have mistakenly sent you an incorrect item, please do not open any of the packaging of the item itself, as we need to receive it back in the exact same condition as it was sent. Order no longer required

In compliance with UK laws, prescription medicines cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly.

In the event that you are entitled to a refund, please note the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Credit card companies will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.
